Technician (Facility/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

Purpose of Job

• Ensure stability and efficiency of machine running under tesa safety standard
• Safety management & improvement

-           Carry out regular machine maintenance according to preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance list. /Tiến hành bảo trì máy thường xuyên theo danh sách bảo trì dự phòng và bảo dưỡng dự đoán.

-           Daily equipment inspection and trouble shooting/Kiểm tra thiết bị hàng ngày và xử lý sự cố

-           Support supervisor on the management of spare parts and consumable goods, including monthly/ quarter, yearly check/  Hỗ trợ giám sát quản lý phụ tùng thay thế và hàng hóa tiêu hao, bao gồm cả việc kiểm tra theo tháng, quý, năm

-           Assist production, RnD to do equipment adjustment during product change or setup new model/   Hỗ trợ sản xuất, RnD điều chỉnh thiết bị trong quá trình thay đổi sản phẩm hoặc cài đặt model mới

-           Assist supervisor on 6S/ Hỗ trợ giám sát viên trên 6S

-           Continuous improvement of equipment by design/ making new parts for equipments, including safety management/ Cải tiến liên tục thiết bị bằng việc thiết kế/ chế tạo linh kiện mới, bao gồm cả quản lý an toàn

-           Another task assigned by supervisor/ Các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp trên

Educational qualifications

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN:

• Technical school and above, industrial electrical/ electrical automation background/Tốt nghiệp trường trung cấp kỹ thuật hoặc cao hơn, chuyên ngành điện công nghiệp/ tự động hóa
• Hi voltage/ low voltage operation certificate. Deeply knowledge about electrical safety./Chứng chỉ an toàn về vận hành hệ thống điện cao áp/ hạ áp. Nắm rõ các quy định an toàn về điện
• Knowledge about PLC/ SCADA, machine network, follow maintenance plan on SAP/ Hiểu biết về lập trình PLC/SCADA/ mạng truyền thông, thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì trên SAP
• Have experience work with chemical and equipments in explosion proof zone/ Có kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến hóa chất và thiết bị trong khu vực phòng nổ (ATEX/ IECEx)

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN:

• Technical school and above, Mechanical background/ Tốt nghiệp trường trung cấp kỹ thuật hoặc cao hơn, chuyên ngành cơ khí
• Boiler operator, high pressure system, welding and low voltage certificate/ Chứng chỉ vận hành nồi hơi, thiết bị áp lực, hàn và vận hành điện áp thấp

FACILITY TECHNICIAN

• Technical school and above, Electrical/Mechanical background/ Tốt nghiệp trường trung cấp kỹ thuật hoặc cao hơn, chuyên ngành điện/cơ khí/ tự động hóa
• Boiler operation, high pressure system, welding and high voltage safety operation certificate/ Chứng chỉ vận hành nồi hơi, thiết bị áp lực, hàn và chứng chỉ an toàn vận hành điện áp cao (22KV)
• Have experience in facility management, air compressor, generator/HVAC, Chiller, BMS/ Có kinh nghiệm quản lý cơ sở hạ tầng nhà xưởng/ khí nén, máy phát, hệ thống điều hòa HVAC/ Chiller/ BMS, …

Relevant experience

• Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic system, understand mechanical CAD drawings/ Làm quen với hệ thống thủy lực và khí nén, đọc hiểu các bản vẽ CAD cơ khí
• Can operate the welding, milling, lathe and drilling machines can be used/ Có thể sử dụng máy hàn, phay, tiện và máy khoan
• Familiar with maintenance of pumps, valves and roller, …/ Có kinh nghiệm với việc bảo trì máy bơm, van và con lăn, …
