What you will do

  • Safety - Obeys all safety codes in his daily work and executes his job as an example, participates in regular sequenced plant safety tours and is familiar with tesa safety regulations;
  • New process development - Follows up the new product development project schedule closely and implements process development according to the plan. Good trial preparation is mandatory and related documents such as process conditions, process flow chart, FMEA, and so on;
  • Process Maintenance - Continuously update the process conditions documents, work Instructions and other process related documents for existing products;
  • Process Optimization-will be the leader for adhesive mixing area process optimization topic such as scrap reduction, efficiency improvements of the products under his scope;
  • Process Problem Shooting-He should lead the problem shooting team to identify root cause, short term and long term solutions. A good documentation is expected from this process;
  • Other support including internal & external audit and so on.

What you will need

  • Bachelor or above education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related subject;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in adhesive or paint related process environment;
  • Be familiar with equipment & technology as mixing tank, agitator and piping system;
  • Understanding of fluid dynamics, drying process, UV;
  • Be familiar with QA tools and apply them in the daily task, Project experience – Polymerization is preferred;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Strong mindset, strong in decision making and taking over responsibility.
