Process Engineer Summer Intern

Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes for pressure-sensitive tapes.

• Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes for pressure-sensitive tapes;
• Establish safety procedures for individuals working with hazardous chemicals and materials);
• Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout production;
• Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions;
• Estimate production costs and manage resources effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of adhesive formulations and application methods;
• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
