International (Junior) Product Manager

This position will focus on developing, coordinating and implementing international marketing strategies for a dynamic assortment of innovative adhesive solutions.

• Develop, coordinate and implement international marketing strategies for a dynamic assortment of innovative adhesive solutions
• Initiate, prioritize and implement product developments in close collaboration with R&D, sales, customers, supply chain and production
• Work in a cross-functional and cross-border team with Chinese, German, US, Korean and Japa-nese colleagues
• Conduct market and competition studies to open up new application and market segments
• Monitor the global business development of the owned product assortment, including the initia-tion of corrective measures
• Define relevant KPIs and monitor target fulfillment

• > 2 years working experience in Electronics industry or B2B product- / project management 
• Experience as an interface between different parts of an organization, e.g. sales, R&D, supply chain, purchasing, production
• Knowledge in adhesives is considered a clear advantage
• International mindset, ideally international experience
• High level of personal initiative, assertiveness, responsibility and strong team spirit
• Very good analytical skills, process-oriented thinking as well as structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset
• High level of customer focus and interest in solving technical customer problems
• Strong communication skills with fluent English 
• Willingness to travel internationally
