Job Summary

Supporting the local Finance functions in their daily routine with general administrative support

Your Responsibilities

  • Control and allocate Supplier invoices 
  • Prepare and follow up on credit and debit notes 
  • Monitor and liaise with Supplier queries 
  • Support Finance Manager in his / her daily business 
  • Administrate general tasks related to Finance topics 
  • Comply with tesa Corporate Compliance Standard: Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Guidelines, Antitrust Guidelines and Authorisation Policy 
  • Comply with Business Policies & Processes

Hiring Requirements

  • Business, economy or finance background 
  • SAP or equivalent ERP skills appreciated 
  • Language Skills: NL -EN • (FR advantage)
  • Relevant experience in a similar position (2-5 years)
  • Experience in an administrative function 
  • Customer focus 
  • Organisational talent 
  • Accurate 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excel experience (standard knowledge)
  • Accounting experience bookkeeping
