Field Sales Manager Craftsmen

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Manager who will work in a modern and international contest reporting directly to our Head of Sales Specialized Trade Iberica & Italy. He/she will be responsible for Craftsmen Channel in Italy leading the external sales force made by 18 Agents. 

What you will do

  • Be responsible for Craftsmen Channel and directly handle the Top Customers.
  • Be able to achieve the PNS and MCI targets define in the ABP.
  • Be able to negotiate all contracts with the main customers (PFA) and to develop tailormade activities (promotional plans, participation in fairs, coordination of catalogues, trainings) to Top A and B customers
  • Be able to lead the 18 Agents of this channel helping them to lead and to achieve the targets define by tesa. Do joint visits with them, coordinate their work and solve customer/agent issues.
  • Help to implement Segment Strategy by coordinating the Longtail approach implementation and implementing the tesaPro project.

  • Strong knowledge in Office, SAP, BI, CRM
  • Languages: Italian native, English Fluent
