BE (Mandatory), Experience in Electronics business (mandatory) - Customer Portfolio management, Territory Engagement, 3.Product Promotion / Client Relationship -

1. Customer Portfolio management 

  • Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
  • Product knowledge.
  • Sales strategies learning and implementation
  • Market research
  • Market Mapping.

2. Territory Engagement

  • Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Makes product appeal to the target market
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Territory growth and expansion
  • Market intelligence.
  • Sales pitch in processes
  • Increased TAT of service for customers.

3.Product Promotion / Client Relationship

  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Promoting new products / new ideas in the market through Distributors.
  • Distribution / Customer retention
  • New product sales growth

4. Other Requirements

  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Increased Calibre
  • Product promotion for company
  • Sales pitch in

5. AR Management

  • AR Reviews with customers.
  • Follow up for collections of payments
  • Co-ordinate with the Customer Service Department and Finance Department towards this end.
  • Timely Collections of AR
  • Less write offs
  • Smooth Business Relationship
  • Achieve planned cash flow

6. Reporting

  • Timely submission of reports.
  • Update on current situation and preparation for action plan in case of deviations.

What you will need

Bachelor of Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience in Electronics business (mandatory) - 5 years plus only
