Account Manager Specialized Trade Adriatics

What you will do

To strengthen our sales team in Southeastern Europe, we are currently looking for an Account Manager in the Adriatic Region.

Your main tasks will be the following:

  • Secure and develop the existing business by providing competent service to the customers and by identifying new potential and implementation of new projects
  • Align strategical approach with the Line Manager to achieve optimal results
  • Develop and implement a growing strategy for both channels in the area of his/her responsibility
  • Build and maintain a strong, trustful and long-lasting customer relationship
  • Provide fact-based information and customer access to improve the marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline
  • Collect and maintain accurate customers/projects data within the CRM system
  • Negotiate prices and services based on the existing tesa offer, deployment of new product launches
  • Negotiate successfully under pressure, even in highly competitive market environment
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal/external customers

What you will need

  • College or university degree
  • Sales experience of minimum 3-5 years in a multinational company
  • High focus in generating new customers
  • Knowledge of Stationery and/or Paint Trade; Hardware and Building Merchants markets in Adriatic region (experience in similar position will be a valuable asset)
  • Good English knowledge (verbal and written)
  • Good Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian language knowledge (verbal and written)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, good team player
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, initiative and self-supporting personality with hands on approach
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office, CRM)
  • Flexibility regarding business trips in the home country and abroad
  • Driving licence
