Technical Support Engineer


  • Work closely with sales team and visit customers to understand the markets, product applications and customer needs
  • Give technical support in customer side to support product application or solve trouble shooting
  • Design and prepare marketing promotion tools to support sales activities, such make technical seminar for product promotion
  • Work as a bridge for sales and internal colleagues (PM/CSC) and coordinate resource to push projects forward
  • Conduct market study for assigned products in related markets to increase business development


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Material Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related degree
  • Very good communication skills, proactive attitude, self-motivation and team-work spirit
  • Good understanding of electronics devices structure and assembly process
  • Could work with English
  • Be familiar with tape applications in consumer electronics would be preferred
  • Have technical support or related marketing/product promotion experience in consumer electronics would be preferred
  • Willingness for business trips frequently, 2-3 days per week
