Senior Specialist Rheology (m/f/x)

• Development of new measurement methods, measurement templates and applications in the field of rheology
• Preparation of application and measurement reports
• Testing of new instrument developments and close coordination with manufacturers and suppliers
• Communication with various customers and stakeholders including clarification of requirements
• Further development and optimization of existing measurement applications and processes
• Close cooperation with the tesa Corporate Testing Lab

• Completed Master's Degree or PhD in areas such as Polymer Physics, Polymer Chemistry, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, especially in linear & non-linear rheology
• Experience in mechanical test methods and FEA
• Solid know-how in the area of polymer chemistry
• Structured approach to work and excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative attitude
• Passion towards sustainability
• Very good command of written and spoken English
