Senior Corporate Communication Specialist（MJ000247）

The senior Corporate Communication Specialist is responsible for planning and executing integrated internal and external communication activities, with a strong focus on digital communication. The role supports business growth, strengthens employee alignment, and enhances tesa’s corporate brand through strategic, engaging, and data-driven communication.

Digital Communication

Content Management

• Develop and manage a strategic content roadmap for key digital platforms, including WeChat and official website, in alignment with corporate and business unit priorities.
• Collaborate with BU MarCom team and cross-functional stakeholders to balance diverse communication needs and ensure integrated messaging.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality corporate content that supports both brand positioning and business objectives.
• Regular maintenance on website to ensure the timely update and accuracy of contents.

Website Management & Lead Generation

• Own and continuously optimize the company website as a core digital hub to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation, ensuring high content quality, accuracy, and user experience.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword planning, content optimization, and authority building, to increase organic visibility and improve search rankings across key platforms (e.g. Baidu, Bing).
• Manage SEM initiatives together with BU MarComs (e.g. paid search, keyword campaigns, retargeting), ensuring effective budget usage and continuous performance optimization to drive qualified traffic and leads.
• Establish and track clear performance metrics (e.g. traffic, conversion rates, leads), leverage analytics tools to derive insights, and continuously optimize digital performance through data-driven decision making
• Close liaison with DIT team on the website AI agent project to ensure the leads quality and increase conversion rate.

New Platform Development & Content Innovation

• Support the setup and development of emerging social media platforms (e.g. Douyin, Weibo).
• Explore and implement new digital communication formats to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Generate impactful and shareable corporate content that creates value for both business units and corporate branding.

Sustainability Communication

• Support the planning and execution of sustainability communication initiatives in close collaboration with the sustainability function and relevant stakeholders.
• Drive integrated sustainability communication across internal and external channels (online & offline) by developing high-quality content (e.g. articles, brochures, multimedia) and supporting the execution of related campaigns and events.
• Ensure alignment with global sustainability communication guidelines and local communication strategy.

Internal Communication

• Manage and continuously optimize internal communication channels, including but not limited to intranet, WeCom, internal displays, and office visual communication.
• Ensure clear, engaging communication of corporate strategies and updates, driving employee understanding and alignment, under the close cooperation with HR team.

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Background

• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Marketing or Communications related will be a plus.

Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement

• Min 5 years of working experience in communication or marketing.
• Solid experience in digital communication, especially in website management, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
• Strong content development capability, with the ability to create engaging and audience-oriented content across multiple formats and channels.
• Good analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data (e.g. traffic, SEO/SEM performance, leads) to drive continuous optimization.
• Good structured thinking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate, collaborate and influence across functions and stakeholders.
• Good skills in event and activity organization and project management.

Languages, Certificates and Skills

• Excellent English communication skill in written and oral.
• Solid working experience in project management.
