Qualification – BE preferable, M.B.A would be added advantage

Scope - To exercise Demand Planning and Purchase activities and assist Supply Chain Manager
Demand Planning - Sales and CSD coordination and finalizing the M+3 demand.
Data collection, analysis and interpretation and present to management for decision making process.
Outcome - To update in forecasting tool. Monitor the progress
DC’s and Master Data - Import planning & purchasing according to Warehouse requirements.
Master data maintenance in SAP
Demand and DRP tools, GRN process
Safety Stock reviews
Outcome - Effective material planning
Managing stock outs
Collaboration - CSD and Sales collaboration - Updation and expedition of material availability for the booked orders
Collaborate with international affiliates and Regional demand planners at various time zones.
Escalation to superior, with options in resolving the problem
Outcome - To maintain cordial relation with colleagues and suppliers
Procurement - PR to PO order conversion and approvals.
Bills analysis and submission to Finance
Review of open orders and updation.
Contracts and agreement with all suppliers and forwarders to be updated as per the compliance.
Supplier monthly performance monitoring
Outcome - Minimizing PNS loss due to material shortage
To ensure supplier is taken care of.
To negotiate and get competitive pricing with suppliers/service providers for all direct and Indirect materials and CAPEX
Forwarders - Day to day interaction with Forwarders and expediting sea and ocean shipments
Interaction with regional teams
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure “no demurrages”
Outcome - Keep up on timely availability of RM from affiliates and 3rd Party suppliers
Monthly Performance reviews with all service providers.
Inventory and Cost Control - Inventory DIH Monitoring
WH Space management
Monthly business review with transporters and forwarders
Cost reduction on domestic procurements YOY.
Container occupancy and optimization
Outcome - Cost reduction, DIO control,
Improvement in service
Process effectiveness and lead time reduction
Customer incident reduction
To minimize Slow and Non-moving
Audit - IATF Audit adherence.
