Internship – Marketing Stationery South East Europe (Italy) – Tirocinio Curriculare

Are you looking for an interesting internship in the field of international marketing? We 
are currently looking for an intern to join our Marketing team in Milano (MI).

• Support the Marketing Manager Stationery South East Europe for the implementation of Trade Marketing and Communication activities to achieve the sales objectives and business targets
• Support the Marketing Manager for promoting, expanding and consolidating the tesa brand awareness in the countries
• Supporting the organization to improve our offer to the customers, market share and ROS
• Support the Marketing Manager to plan, organize, monitor and steer all marketing activities in close collaboration with other departments (offline & online)
• Create strong and attractive commercial packages (presentations, promotions, argumentations, merchandising etc.) to ensure successful launches in coordination with Marketing Manager.
• Develop specific sales and merchandising material in order to achieve standardized execution at Point of Sales (POS)
• Support the Marketing Manager for enabling local and European promotions 
• Support for fair exhibitions and events

Skills and knowledge

• Educational qualifications
• You’re currently pursuing your studies in marketing, economics, business administration
• Marketing experience, if possible, in a similar market preferably in Stationery and Craftsmen environment
• Experience, if possible, in a multinational company with a matrix organization 

Competencies and other requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian 
• Basics Microsoft office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint above all)
• Basics online / e-commerce knowledge 
• Good communication skills –oral & written
• Balance between Helicopter view and Detail-orientation;
• Data driven & analytical skills
• Result oriented
