Sales Engineer

Location:  Mainland China, Shenzhen

Function:  Sales

Your Responsibilities

  • Bachelor degree and major in Chemical or Mechanical background
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in Electronic field
  • The selling experience in electronics, tapes, adhesive, chemical industry will be a plus
  • Distributor and channel management experience would be needed
  • Fluent in both writing and spoken English would be needed for the business review and conference call with global colleagues
  • Result oriented, team work, motivated attitude, good communications internally, good selling skills, professional spirit would be a must
  • Frequent business travels in China would be needed

Hiring Requirements

  • Accept the individual KPI and meet the targets
  • Make out sales strategy for the customers and the market
  • Develop business by penetrating tesa brand and values
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and build up new customer relationships
  • Develop new projects and dealer management
  • Work with marketing team to develop new products, new applications
  • Work with other functions to resolve pricing issue, order issue, forecast, quality issue, logistics, etc.
  • Maintain sales forecast system and finish all kinds of reports timely
  • Take the responsibility and pressure
  • Finish the tasks assigned by supervisor or management
