Are you looking for personal growth? Do you feel you’re not appreciated enough in your current role? If you like to truly work as part of a team, and have the flexibility to grow and learn new skills, you should apply to this position.

We pay for manufacturing experience up to $17.00/hour and that is not including the shift premium!  Here at tesa, we like to grow our teams by keeping the work interesting and offering tuition reimbursement along with other training.  Since we believe in upward mobility, we have created a pay structure that leads to promotion by learning new machines.  You can earn up to $22.00/ hour!

In addition to our learning environment, we have created a culture within our company that is like no other.  Our managers are approachable and interested in what you have to say.  We're able to keep our small town family feel alive, while still getting the big global company perks.  Everyone in the plant, gets up to a 12% bonus each quarter. Last year, this averaged to $848 per person - that's an additional $3,392 per year!

Our production employees are a key part of our success.  This is why we understand and respect work/life balance.  Our employees volunteer for overtime - we hate the word mandatory.  We also don't make our new team members wait 90 days for full benefits, they are effective the first of the month following the start date.

If you think this sounds interesting, apply online and talk to our recruiter to learn how you can join the tesa family!
